Overview
Foam disrupts level control, reduces separation efficiency, and causes carryover in cooling towers, boilers, amine contactors, glycol systems, and wastewater aeration basins. In petrochemical, refinery, and LNG operations, antifoam and defoamer selection is driven by process compatibility. Silicone-based products offer the broadest performance but are not suitable for all systems. We supply both silicone and non-silicone options across all major application areas.
Silicone-based Antifoams
Polydimethylsiloxane-based formulations offering rapid foam knockdown and long-lasting prevention across a wide temperature range.
- Silicone Emulsion (general purpose)
- Modified Silicone (high-temperature)
- Food-grade Silicone Antifoam
Non-silicone Antifoams
Organic antifoams for applications where silicone carry-over is unacceptable, such as paint, coating, and certain process streams.
- Polyglycol-based
- Fatty Alcohol-based
- EO/PO Block Copolymer
Oil-based Defoamers
Mineral and vegetable oil carrier defoamers for heavy-duty industrial foam control in wastewater, pulp, and process applications.
- Mineral Oil Defoamer
- Vegetable Oil-based Defoamer
Water-based Defoamers
Aqueous defoamer emulsions for systems requiring easy dilution, low VOC, and compatibility with water-based process fluids.
- Silicone-free Water-based
- Surfactant-based Defoamer
Process-specific Grades
Antifoam and defoamer formulations engineered for specific process chemistries and operating conditions.
- Amine System Antifoam
- Glycol System Antifoam
- Wastewater Aeration Antifoam
